New Yatt Business Centre Ltd will be responsible for keeping the outside of the building in good repair and the tenant is responsible for keeping the inside of the unit in good repair to its current standard.
The monthly rental of £###### plus vat is payable on the first of the month in advance by Standing Order and we will hold this rate for three years. If there is no formal agreement in place we would like as much notice as possible if you wish to vacate, with a minimum of one month’s notice.
This will be apportioned from the start date to 10th April 2025. The cost of our Insurance Premium is apportioned out to the tenants based on the area of their unit.
The Property No is 6054 366 730N. Information is available on WODC website and Business Rates.Gov website. The current rateable value is £7,800. You can apply to WODC for rate relief, you will currently get full relief. Electricity for the unit is the tenant’s responsibility.
You will need to pick up with the current supplier and either stay with them or arrange to change to a supplier of your choice Telecoms are your responsibility, so you can use a supplier of your choice. We have fast broadband with Gigaclear on site. There is currently an EE Telecoms mast on site. A deposit is payable equivalent to one month’s rental exclusive of Vat. This is fully refundable if no monies are outstanding, and the unit is returned in a similar condition to that when you took over.
